Orders & delivery **How long does delivery take?** Orders are packed within 24 hours on working days. Metros usually receive them in 3–5 days, other pincodes in 5–7.
Do you offer cash on delivery? Yes, on most pincodes. The checkout tells you instantly whether COD is available for yours.
How do I track my order? Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone, or the link in your WhatsApp / email updates.
Tea **Is it real whole-leaf tea?** Always. We never use tea dust or fannings.
How should I store it? Airtight, away from light and strong smells. Our glass tubes and pouches are resealable.
