The story
Kangra has grown tea since the 1850s. Our green is hand-sorted whole leaf with a clean, grassy sweetness and none of the bitterness of dust grades.

How to brew
1 tsp per cup. Water just off the boil (80 °C). Steep 2–3 minutes. Re-steep up to twice.

Water that's too hot or steeping too long. Let the kettle rest a minute and steep for 2–3 minutes.
